US v. Arthrex

US v. Arthrex presented an opportunity to protect the ideas of American inventors and entrepreneurs regardless of race, gender, and socioeconomic circumstances, as originally codified in the U.S. Constitution.

We believe that Administrative Patent Judges should be appointed by officials elected by the people’s representatives to ensure that everyone has equal access to the U.S. patent system, and filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court to demand greater accountability for inventors.
